Hot Mama Bod: Prenatal Movement
At Hot Mama Bod you’ll learn how to take care of your body with expert advice and exercises from Ashley Peeler, Wellness Coach and Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist. This class is designed to help women stay strong and active for a successful birth, while breathing properly and incorporating the right posture and form. Ashley will help you prepare for birth and provide you with tools to get your body back to its pre-baby state after your newborn arrives. Exercises are modified for each participant.
Ashley Peeler is a Wellness Coach, Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist and Toxicity Expert. She helps women lead a healthier and more mindful lifestyle, primarily through prenatal and postnatal training, prevention and education.
